My website has disappeared after I have renewed my subscription

  Hi, it seems my site is no longer attached t my domain dftok.com – the site has totally disappeared. How can I retrieve the site? I have now renewed it for 2 more years, but it shouldn’t have deleted my entire site, or is that what happens??

  Hi there,

  The site at dftok.com is not loading because the personal plan and domain mapping upgrade that connects that domain to the WordPress.com site has expired.

  That site belongs to a different account than the one you’re using to post here, as did those upgrades.

  Log out of this account, and log back in as the account you used to create that site. The purchase a new plan and domain mapping upgrade, and the site will start appearing at your domain again.
