    my website has dissapeared. |A small advert for viagra appeared recently onmy company website, i installed some protective plugin, received a hundred emails saying my admin account had been locked out and now there is no trace of mywebsite inthe ‘my sites’ section of wordpress.com… please help

    Then you cannot be referring to a blog that is hosted by WordPress.COM and we cannot help you. You are posting to the wrong support forum. We provide support only for sites hosted by WordPress.COM that site is not one of them. Contact your web host.

    WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.     If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there.
