My website has gone down

Just logged onto my website http://www.alastairsemplecoaching.co.uk today and got this message on the screen

Sadly I am not an IT person as such and am unable ot know what to do to reslove this problem or know indeed what has happened

It appears that your website uses the self-hosted version of WordPress rather than WordPress.com, which is what this forum is designed to help with. Note the difference here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
