I double checked on whoishostingthis.com and according to https://www.whoishostingthis.com/#search=www.gippslandmobilevets.com.au your site is not hosted here on WordPress.com (Automattic) but on GoDaddy. Unfortunately the WordPress.com staff are unable to help in this case.
If you use the open-source WordPress software (WordPress.org), you’ll need to go to their forum to get help: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

Have you read https://wordpress.com/support/volunteers? It helped me when I started :)There are many ways to check whether a domain is hosted on WordPress.com, but the way I find easiest is by going to whoishostingthis.com and entering the URL. If by Hosting Provider it says anything other than Automattic, their site doesn’t use WordPress.com (but might use WordPress.org).
