My website has stopped working

    everything works fine on the home page and the categories pages. It is only when I click on a particular product that everything stops working. I just get a blank page. I have contacted siteground who insist it is a software problem (perhaps woocommerce) but i have contacted woocommerce 4 times and had no response. I am losing customers and dont know enough about websites to try a different ecommerce app. My site has now been down at least 24 hours or maybe more and I dont know how to fix the problem. NO one seems to want to help

    As your site is hosted on SiteGround using the software from WordPress.org this forum is not the right place to ask for help I’m afraid. We support the sites we host here at WordPress.com in these forums.

    It does sound like you may be running into a problem with your specific setup of WordPress. If you have contacted the WooCommerce team please be patient as they get back to you regarding the site.

    While you’re waiting on a reply I would start by disabling all plugins one at a time to see if you can get the error go to away.
