Where is my website? This has happened once before. I never get any kind of renewal notice, so how am I supposed to know what’s up? Also, your service SUCKS. I can’t even directly email you to ask this question.

Of what site are you speaking? The only site in your account is http://lilywhitham.wordpress.com/, and that site has always been on the free plan. You have never bought any upgrades using this account.
I never get any kind of renewal notice
We send multiple renewal reminders to the email address connected to an account that owns an upgrade, starting 90 days before an upgrade expires. In the case of a domain our domain provider also sends their own emails to the domain owner contact email that was provided when registering the domain. If you didn’t receive those emails, the email addresses we have on file might be wrong, but I’d need to know the domain and the correct account to check that.
I can’t even directly email you to ask this question.
Email support is only available to owners of active WordPress.com upgrades. As the account you’re using to post here does not own any upgrades, the free support forums is the only support option.

Judging by the email address on the business card image on the lilywhitham.wordpress.com blog mentioned in the original post, I assume the domain is lilywithamappraisalsllc.com, which is mapped to the no-longer-registered lilywithamappraisalsllc.wordpress.com based on the error message that comes up now.
