  I have a another account on wordpress.com that has been hacked and the person had my email account access and my wordpress account access,his main intent was to delete my wordpress.com account and close the whole account,he has my email address and i think he deleted all the emails receiving to that email address and started contacting people saying to delete my accounts what to do?

  If someone is able to hack your account on wordpress.com, it means they have full access to your email account. So first step is to thighten security on your email account.
  Nest step is to change to password of your wordpress.com account to a very strong password and to activate Two Step verification.
