    my pages aren’t publishing properly but domain host said it is live

    Which site is this for? I see you have a few on your account. I checked the following sites on your account, and for me they are both online and accessible:

    Is it the case that you are you using another provider like GoDaddy, Bluehost, Hostgator, etc. instead? What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?

    Happy to check in our system so we can take a closer look.

    Hi – it is for another site. The domain is http://www.northstarnine.com. Namecheap is hosting.

    I was able to get it live last night but 2 of my pages would not publish correctly.
    It was all there when I went to “view page”. I wanted to edit the image and then when I went look again everything created was gone. The name of the change reverted to the name I have created days prior. It seems like a series of updates disappeared. But even more odd, when I went to view the page again it became a blank template page and menus.

    Now I am creating two new pages and hoping for the best but i lost 6 hours…
    The header is also off too.
    Hard to describe without a screenshot. How can I share my screen or share a screen shot? Appreciate any help.

    Your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with NameCheap.
