My website images are all gone?

Hi, so i just got my website re-designed, happy about it and is set to work.
Today everything was working perfectly, but just now (2:00am) i went to check that everything is running well, i noticed that its all gone.. all the images are gone, i went into the dashboard and notice an updated, so i did, but still nothing helped. i went to the gallery and thers no images ther too, only old ones which im not using.
please help

Hey @waleedb210917 would you mind posting the link to your blog so I can take a look? I’ve never heard of a media library erasing itself, so you may want to check to make sure you haven’t linked images from other sites.

also, when i accessed the dashboard, it felt different, like i never collapsed the menu, it just feels weird as if something has been tampered with. -
That’s so frustrating! I just checked out your site and I’m seeing the same issue on my end for some of the products. You may want to check your Media in the Dashboard to see if they’re gone from there, too.
Upon closer inspection, it also looks like you’re using a self-hosted WordPress.ORG site. While we volunteers would love to help, these are forums dedicated to WordPress.COM (which is an entirely different product), however you will find much more specialized help over at the WordPress.ORG Storefront theme support page.
While I briefly skimmed the topics, it looks like you’re not the only one having these problems. I hope you’re able to find a swift solution!
