  My website on the desktop is loading fine, but in mobile view, the browser keeps crashing saying ‘ Aw snap ‘. Please help. my site is: https://bramwellre.com

  It seems like you might be facing difficulties with a self-hosted WordPress.org website, and not with a WordPress.com-hosted one. WordPress.org is a free site-engine software, while WordPress.com is a web hosting company.   You can find further support by posting to the WordPress.org support channel, available from here: wordpress.org/support/forums/

  However, your site loads just fine on my end in the mobile view as well.

  I didn’t know, I thought our website is connected to wordpress.com but anyways thank you so much.
