My Website is all of a sudden not work

It says my website is not able to connect. I recently set it up and paid for many features. I’m just wondering why this isn’t working. I can’t access anything to even look at the jetpack settings. I would like this fixed ASAP>

Hey there, your site isn’t hosted with us, but I can see what’s wrong. Can you contact your host (Bluehost) for help fixing the SSL certificate? That’s something on their servers outside your WordPress installation, but if needed, here’s how they can help with your site URL too.
Going forward, these forums are primarily for sites that use our free-tier hosting. You’ll want to create an account at WordPress.org so you’ll have access to the correct community for your site. Or, you’d be welcome to host here; we’re a little different from the WordPress software itself. This article explains some of the differences. Ok, I’m sorry but I am very confused. So I only have a login, payment confirmations, update confirmations, everything sent to me from wordpress.com but my website is not hosted with wordpress.com? I sent a message directly from the help page that I used to be able to add blog information to and it came to this chat forum but it’s not where my website is hosted?
I will contact Bluehost! Thank you
