  Hi
  My business website – http://www.the-brand-guy.com – is currently defaulting to https://wordpress.com/view/sauerman.wpcomstaging.com. and my business emails – (email visible only to moderators and staff) – aren’t working either.
  Please can this be sorted soonest.

  Hi there,

  This is because the Business Plan on that site, which allowed it to use plugins, and the domain mapping upgrade, which connected the domain to the site, both expired on 26 October and were removed from the site a few days ago. Those upgrades belonged to a different admin on the site, sauerman, and notifications that the upgrades are expiring was sent to that account’s email address. The sauerman account is also the owner of this site.

  It is preferred that the site owner adds back the upgrades, but as you’re an admin on the site I can help you do that as well. I am sending you a link via email which you can use to pay for a new Business Plan. Let us know here once you’ve completed payment, and we can manually add the plan and domain mapping back to the site under your account.
