Hi Jack!
Just a note, I temporarily changed the primary domain on your account here so that your .wordpress.com URL would load:
https://jacksfloorsldnblog.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?page=domains
For your custom domain (jacksfloorsldn.co.uk) to work correctly, you’ll need to change the name servers to point to WordPress.com at your domain registrar (where you purchased the domain):
https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-existing-domain/#how-to-change-your-name-servers
Can you give that a try?

Thank you for your help, I think I done it but it still doesn't work, here's a photo what I done: http://imgur.com/VmDEto9 Is that right? When I turn it to wordpress.blog website does work but when it's on just jack's it doesn't. Any idea? Thanks Jack

You’ll need to make the name server changes where the domain is registered, not at WordPress.com. Do you remember where you initially purchased the domain? It appears to be Tucows based on the domain information here:
http://who.is/whois/jacksfloorsldn.co.uk
If so, you can change the nameservers as described here:
http://www.tucowsdomains.com/name-server-dns-changes/how-do-i-change-my-name-servers-dns/
You’ll want to set them as the following:
NS1.WORDPRESS.COM NS2.WORDPRESS.COM NS3.WORDPRESS.COMCan you give that a try?

Apparently no one is hosting my website. .. is it something WordPress can do? If so how much? Kind regards Jack

Hi Jack!
We can definitely host your website. However, can you confirm that you have registered jacksfloorldn.co.uk elsewhere?
There are two components to get this domain up and running:
1. Domain registration – This provides ownership of the domain so you can change domain records and use it where you like. The domain is already registered. Do you remember registering it elsewhere? The domain is not registered through WordPress.com so this would be a third-party company like Tucows.
2. Hosting – In many ways, this is synonymous with the domain mapping upgrade you purchased. That upgrade helps to setup WordPress.com as the host for your site. We’re all setup on this end.
The missing link is telling your domain to look to WordPress.com for information. When you register a domain (Step 1), you provide “directions” (called nameservers) that tell the domain where to look for information. Those need to be set at the registrar where you purchased the domain. Setting them to the following tells the domain to look to WordPress.com:
NS1.WORDPRESS.COM NS2.WORDPRESS.COM NS3.WORDPRESS.COMI hope that helps to clarify! We’ll need to figure out Step 1 (where the domain is registered) for this to work correctly.

Hi Jeremy,
Yes I can confirm I own the domain – it's all fine and set up for wordpress, with all the ns1, ns2 and ns3.
All I'm missing is hosting, how much would it cost?
Thanks, Jack

Hey Jack!
The hosting cost is covered with the Domain Mapping upgrade that was renewed in March of 2015. You can see that upgrade here:
https://jacksfloorsldnblog.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?page=my-upgrades
That upgrade is essentially the charge for hosting your domain.
Now, we just need to get the domain working correctly! I do see the name servers set correctly when I check the public record here:
http://who.is/whois/jacksfloorsldn.co.uk
It may just take a few hours for these to kick in. Can you let me know if the domain doesn’t start working within the next day? I’ll set a reminder to checkin as well to make sure it’s up and running!

Hi Jeremy.
Just to let you know, I checked the website and is still down (17h after your email) What we can do ? Thanks Jack
-
Hey Jack,
I’m taking a look at the public information for the domain here:
http://who.is/whois/jacksfloorsldn.co.uk
The registration status currently reads as follows:
Renewal required.
*** This registration has been SUSPENDED. ***I believe your registrar has temporarily blocked your domain from working correctly, likely because the domain needs to be renewed. Can you double-check the status of the domain with your registrar? You’ll want to make sure the domain is fully renewed. Since the domain is registered with Tucows, I’m afraid I can’t help with this part of the setup.

Hi Jeremy
I have contacted vistaprint again and they informed me that wordpress has not set up the transfer correctly. The registrant needs to be moved to wordpress. The named servers have been changed (I did this) but nothing else has been set up correctly.
Please could you sort this out as a matter of urgency – this is my business website and I lose customers if it is not working so the time it has been off has been very costly already.
Thanks

Hi Jack,
Just a note, it looks like you tried to attach an image to your forum reply. That won’t work. However, you can upload an image here:
https://jacksfloorsldnblog.wordpress.com/wp-admin/media-new.php
I’ll be able to see it there!
I have contacted vistaprint again and they informed me that wordpress has not set up the transfer correctly. The registrant needs to be moved to wordpress. The named servers have been changed (I did this) but nothing else has been set up correctly.
It sounds like they’re asking you to transfer the actual registration of the domain to WordPress.com. I’m afraid that isn’t possible; WordPress.com does not accept incoming transfers. Revisiting the two parts that are required here for this to work:
1. Registration – This will need to be at a third-party company. Currently, it looks like Tucows:
http://who.is/whois/jacksfloorsldn.co.uk
Again, the registration status still reads “Renewal Required.” You will need to make sure the registration is good to go at this third-party company. You will not be able to transfer the domain to WordPress.com. Instead, you’ll need to leave it registered elsewhere and “point” it to WordPress.com (through changing the name servers).
2. Hosting – This is where WordPress.com comes into play. When you point your name servers to WordPress.com, you’re telling the domain, “Look there for information!” Everything is setup correctly on our side for your domain. We just need to get step #1 in place.
You mentioned vistaprint, but according to the public information linked above, it looks like your domain is registered at Tucows. Have you tried contacting them?
