Hi Annie,
Please don’t post personal contact details here in the public forums. We do not provide phone support on WordPress.com.
Additionally, your site is not even hosted on WordPress.com, so we have no control over it at all.
Your site was built using the open source WordPress software made by the community on WordPress.org, and is hosted on Network Solutions’s servers. Based on the error that appears when I try to load your site, and the fact that your domain doesn’t appear to have any name servers configured at the moment, the problem is with your server/hosting setup at Network Solutions, so you need to contact them for help with this.
For help with the WordPress software you can ask the WordPress.org community at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/, but this is not a software issue, so they won’t be able to help you in this case.
Second, is I can not access wordpress, which makes me believe there is something wrong with my site/account.
Your admin user account for your site has nothing to do with either WordPress.com or WordPress.org, and you won’t be able to use those credentials to log into either website.
To log into WordPress.com requires a WordPress.com username account (like the
anniejaroszaccount you created five hours ago to post here), and likewise to post in the WordPress.org forums you’ll need to register a username account on that site.
