  Good Day everyone, please my website Lite9ja.com.ng is down and have contacted my host they said my website requires optimization, that I should contact a WP Developer, please someone should help me 🙏

  When did your website go down? Mine went down about 6 hours ago and I cannot figure out who to contact.

  Hello there, The forum you have posted is for the WordPress.com hosting platform which is different than the WordPress software that your site is using. You can learn more about these differences here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  Neither of your sites appears to be hosted here on WordPress.com.

  Have you tried contacting your web hosting provider for assistance? If they say this is a WordPress problem, head over to https://wordpress.org/support/ where you’ll find documentation and users who have more experience with the software you are using. If you don’t have a username on the ORG forums you can register one on the top of that page.

  Just noting that lite9ja.com.ng is up and running for me and nwoutdoorexplorer.com is coming back with an error and a link to https://wordpress.org/support/article/faq-troubleshooting/ which would be a good place to start.

  I’m afraid that we can’t help directly because your `lite9ja.com.ng site is not with WordPress.com managed hosting. As such, we don’t have the ability to take a closer look at your site.

  Instead, your host uses open-source WordPress.org software, which differs from what we offer here on WordPress.com.

  The good news though is that help is available in the WordPress.org forums: https://wordpress.org/support/forum/how-to-and-troubleshooting/

  Otherwise, you may want to contact your host for further support.
