My Domain is already mapping to http://www.remarkableblackbird.com
I am trying to find out if for some reason my domain name was not renewed as I was told it would be automatically.
I am not proficient in this language and All I can tell you is my website was working and now it is not. -

You need to point the nameservers to wordpress.COM. I typed modlook into the sidebar tags on this thread for Staff help. Hi, do you currently own remarkableblackbird.com ? It looks like you may have allowed it to expire at its current registrar. If you want to keep using the domain, please renew it through them ASAP.
When a domain expires, it isn’t automatically freed up for re-purchase. It’s returned to the registrar, who can hang onto it for a while to see whether you want it back. If you don’t buy it back from them, they can choose to sell it to someone else. Or they may release it after so long.
For now, I’ve restored your domain credit, since you had mapped a domain you can’t currently control.
Once you’ve regained control over your domain, feel free to use your domain credit to map it again. Or, if you don’t mind letting the old domain go, you can use the credit to register a different name.

Thats odd. It was supposed to be automatically renewed. Is it possible buy the domain right from you? I would much prefer to have everything in one place so there is not this confusion.

I have purchased the premium package I thought there was a domain associated with that. But I will try to contact the other host.

@remarkableblackbird, if you would like to buy a brand new domain through us, you may.
You would not be able to buy a domain that’s already registered someplace else, though. This would need to be renewed through your current registrar.
Again, if you want to use that domain now, please contact them as soon as possible so you do not lose the domain or have to pay redemption fees. Once you’ve regained control of the domain, we can help you point the domain to this site.
Or, if you don’t care about that particular domain, I have restored your domain credit so you can buy a new, different name.
