I’ve had a website for my children’s books for about 4 months now. This week, I have not been able to get onto the site, it is down. My book publisher created the site on wordpress. Can you please help me?

It’s been up for 4 or 5 months and I never had a problem until this week. My book publisher created it and said that it is a wordpress site so you would be able to help.

Ah, ok, I’m sorry to hear that you have trouble with your website. However, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with GoDaddy.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites hosted on our servers.
