I think that I need to renew my domain name and repurchase it to solve the problem. I have a bluhost platform.
I cannot log in as an admin to my website (s4h2o.com) and the website itself is completely down.
Please help quickly! It’s a bit of a desperate situation. -

That site is not hosted by wordpress.COM. Our support docs do not apply to (1) local installs of wordpress.ORG software on your own server or (2) wordpress.ORG software installs on paid hosting, and we do not provide support for them at wordpress.COM. You are posting to the wrong support forum.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. As you are referring to a wordpress.ORG software install on paid hosting, if you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right-hand corner of the page that opens, https://wordpress.org/support/register.php so you can post to the support forums there.

I would also recommend if you suspect that you need to renew your domain name and/or repurchase it the easiest way to find out if that is to contact Bluehost.
It does look like you got your site back up, and you renewed the domain name today according to your who.is record. I’m glad you were able to get it all taken care of!
