My website is down

  Hi, I hope all is well with you.

  My website has been down since yesterday midday, it was first saying unresponsive. but now it says there is a crtitical error on the website, can’t even allow me to access the admin site. Are you able to help, I tried disabling all the plugins and the theme was not appearing, and when I enable the Elementor plugin, the critical error message appears again. Tried resolving it with my hosting company but it seems they are not able to help. http://www.nicheparfums.co.za
