  Hello, my name is Joseph Toto Wanje

  My problem is, I have created a website using your services. A team from Getspace helped create my website. But now my website is down. It’s no longer online. I’m unable to access it through WordPress.

  I think the team who created my website forgot to transfer my domain name from 1.com to your services because my website is now off the internet. It is no longer online. Can you help me please?
