My website is down.

  Everytime I or one of our members tries to log onto valleymagazinepsu.com, it says there is a connection error. We paid for our site and are not sure what is going on. We cannot even log into the website to see or edit our content. Also why the heck is there not a phone number to call?

  Hi. You are in the wrong place.
  These forums are only for blogs/sites hosted by WordPress.com

  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and different http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  And you should ask in the WordPress.org forums.

  Doing a whois lookup, it appears your website valleymagazinepsu.com is not a WordPress.com website but rather is hosted with Dreamhost. Do you have a self installed WordPress? If this is the case, you can submit your tech support questions here: https://wordpress.org/support/forum/installation
