My website is down

  Hello I have just been told my website domain has expired which I was not informed about I will like to re-new it and get my website back unfortunately I no longer deal with the program that I initially went thru to create it which is wealthy affiliate I am trying to find out how I can get my website back please.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  There are no upgrades owned by the account you are currently logged in to and all of your WordPress.com sites are using the Free plan. Can you confirm the URL of the site you need to renew?

  Thanks for confirming. realweightgain.com is a self hosted WordPress.org site rather than a WordPress.com site. The key differences between the two are explained here:

  WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org

  On these forums, we are only able to help with WordPress.com sites hosted on our own servers. If you originally created the site through Wealthy Affiliate, I recommend contacting them directly. I found a general contact form on their site for you:

  https://www.wealthyaffiliate.com/contact/

  realweightgain.com appears to be hosted by Amazon so you may wish to contact them for more information. Although if hosting was included in your deal with Wealthy Affiliate, it would be best to contact them first.
