My website is down…

  So my website just went down a few days ago, I was busy editing it one day and it all seemed fine and then the next if I typed in my url, http://www.sandmannart.com it tells me..
  Error establishing a database connection
  and then if I try and log into the wordpress site it tells me that:

  One or more database tables are unavailable. The database may need to be repaired.

  If i click on ‘repaired’ button it says:

  To allow use of this page to automatically repair database problems, please add the following line to your wp-config.php file. Once this line is added to your config, reload this page.
  define(‘WP_ALLOW_REPAIR’, true);

  I have no idea where to start or what the problem is, could you please advise?

  Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software. We cannot help with this in the WordPress.com forums.

  Please post in the self-hosted WordPress forums instead, or possibly your hosting provider in case it’s an issue on their end, for help:

  Hi, my website fasaconcordia.com is down too and I have no idea how to fix it. Sometimes it just says that the page is an error, sometimes it’s opening weird spam pages…. What can I do?

  Hi @fasaoutreach, your site is not hosted on WordPress.com as well. For self-hosted sites using WordPress.org, please proceed to seek help from your hosting provider at this link or you could create a new topic on WordPress.org support forum.
