    what can I do here? I can’t access my website – says it expired on 11/17/2018. Please help!

    Hi balbinkakorzeniowska,

    The account you are contacting us from hasn’t been used to purchase any upgrades. What is the address of the site you need to renew? Please do not share any transaction IDs here, a site address is all I need for now.

    You could also try logging in using the email address your renewal reminder was sent to. Once logged into the correct account, you could try renewing through the Manage Purchases page — but you’re welcome to reply here if you still can’t see an option to renew.
