  my website is down and i need to get this back up asap…i had this set up on autorenew for payment and i am not getting any warnings on if this expires, etc. please help http://resultsperformancetraining.com/

  Perhaps your domain has expired and gone past the point where you can renew it via your dashboard or you may even have another WordPress.com account for that domain.
  I have tagged this thread for staff assistance but the support forums are currently extremely busy.

  @resultsperformancetraining , this domain expired a while ago and is indeed in its redemption status. It’s currently owned by another user though.

  Are you able to log in as user cirted18 or access that email? We can send an invoice there (it will be the cost of the domain plus the $80 redemption fee) and once that is paid we can reach out to the registrar to try to get the domain back.

  Please confirm whether that’s what you want to do, and whether you can access that account and its email still.
