  Hello my name is Lara.
  I have been working on my website for so long. Recently I tried adding .com domain to it and suddenly all the website stopped working. I need help as soon as possible.

  What you’re describing wouldn’t happen on WordPress.com so I’m afraid that your site is not hosted with us. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.

  Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so we can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
