my website is down – a critical technical error , how do I solve this ?

    A critical technical error, wait is this and how can it be solved, I need to have my website back and to publish an article

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to moderators and staff)

    Many thanks for reaching out.

    Are you able to confirm the URL of the website that you need assistance with please?

    The reason why I ask is because these sorts of errors occur when there’s a theme or plugin conflict happening. The site mettegarfield.wordpress.com is currently on the free plan, whereby it’s not possible to run plugins and themes.
