My website is down and…

    My website is down and I cannot get to the login page or the website. When i try to go to it through ‘my sites’ it says:

    I also get this error. when trying to get through the settings through ‘My sites’
    There was an error retrieving your site settings. Make sure your Jetpack is up to date

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    That sounds very frustrating indeed, however, we don’t provide the support you need here at wordpress.COM.

    WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

    As you are referring to a site that is not hosted here, if you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right-hand corner of the page that opens, https://wordpress.org/support/register.php so you can post to the support forums there.
