My website is down and I need WP Customer Support to contact me and help me get it back. Looks like there’s a security issue.. hack?!

It looks like you have a self-hosted WordPress. I see your site is hosted at https://bluehost.com/ so you should contact them to get proper support.
This may help you understand differences between a self-hosted WordPress (.org) and a WordPress.com site: This may help a bit:http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
For WordPress.ORG support, you can visit https://wordpress.org/support/ and they should be able to help you from there.

First of all, your site is not even loading for me and it returns a 500 error.
Also, just by looking at your domain (http://wakefallsmarine.com/), as @guicmazeredo already mentioned, I see that this is not hosted on WordPress.com, but on BlueHost. What this tells us is that you are WordPress.org user, not a WordPress.com user.
This forum is dedicated only to the websites hosted on WordPress.com.
WordPress.org is the self-hosted version of WordPress.com and you can learn more about the differences at the link @guicmazeredo posted above.
However, you should get in touch with your host (Bluehost) as only them would be able to help in a situation like this taking into consideration that they are your hosting company and that they have access to your site files and database. You can contact them here: https://www.bluehost.com/contact
