My website is down and I need support to help troubleshoot

  We’re on a paid plan and I’m trying to connect to a customer support rep because our website is having display issues: https:/www.getroute.com. But the HORRIBLE AI bot won’t connect me to a real person even though it confirmed we’re on a paid account. It just keeps sending me to the community forum. I need a real human being to help NOW.

  We figured it out, thank you though. It was a plugin issue. Never got connected with support which is disappointing/frustrating.
