My website is down can you please help me

    Hi,

    My website, bkmcarandlimoinc.com is down. I hired a company about 7 months ago to help me streamline everything in one location and he told me that he registered the domain with go daddy but obviously that is not the case. can someone please help me

    Hello, I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your website. However, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with GoDaddy.

    Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.     Hi there,

    Everything I can see about bkmcarandlimoinc.com is pointing at GoDaddy having the domain.

    You’re probably best to contact GoDaddy about the domain and see what they say.
