  I have updated my card now, just need to be charged so I can have it back up and running

  The Business Plan on that site expired and was removed from your account a week ago, so it’s no longer possible to renew it. If you still want the Business plan, we can send you a link to pay for a new plan, and then restore the plan to your site manually once you’ve paid. Please confirm if that’s what you’re trying to do.
