WordPress is a pain in the a$$ because they don’t TALK to you…no way to contact them, and their idea of customer service is sending you to a forum where OTHERS are supposed to help you. What a joke!

A ‘500 error’ is a server error and as the site is not hosted here on WordPress.com, you will need to speak to your hosting provider about the problem — they should be able to help you out.
