My website is down for no apparent reason

    Hi,

    I’m contacting you regarding my Websites (http://actshop.pl) status, It appears to be down for no apparent reason. It doesn’t load in any browser nor device I try to use.

    Since the 17th of September I’ve received multiple mails, informing me, that my website’s online with the mail title ‘Your site is back online!’. I’ve only now seen them and thought that something is wrong.

    Please take a look at my issue, I’m afraid my account may have been hacked. If this is an update- or settings-issue, please tell me the necessary steps to solve it.

    That is a self-hosted WordPress.org site, which we really can’t help with here.

    To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

    WordPress.org has complete documentation for self-hosted/installed versions of WordPress.org at https://wordpress.org/support/ and support at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

    As the emails from Jetpack say though, you should contact your hosting provider’s support about this.
