My website is down!!!!!!!!!!!! Please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don’t know what happened with the website. It is down now. Please help me! My previous website management company Buzzy Branding has created this website and transferred domain/webhosting and everything, but refused to give me the access info for the website the whole time, so I don’t have any access to my own website. The owner of Buzzy Branding has been unresponsive to my post-cancellation requests for past 2 months, including this time. It is an urgent issue, so please help me!
The site I need help with is [visible only to staff] (email visible only to moderators and staff). It is not hosted by WordPress.com or connected with Jetpack. This site is not linked to my WordPress.com account.

Right now you’re posting in the support forums for the web hosting provider, WordPress.com. Your site is not hosted on our servers, so we don’t have any information about it, nor any access to it either. So we’re not able to help with this here.
If you control the hosting account for the domain, you can contact your hosting provider directly for help accessing the admin area for the site itself. You can also find the password reset instructions for the open source WordPress software you’re using here:
