my website is framed in a WP "frame"

  my website, which I started creating just now, <myuid>.wordpress.com, is “framed” in a black WP “frame”, on the left and the top.. why is this.. how do I take it out of that WP “frame”….

  To delete a post > Dashboard > Posts > All Posts > hover over the title of the post and click “Trash”
