Hello!
Thank you for reaching out! The upgrades and site ownership for that site are associated with a different WordPress.com user account than the one you’re currently logged into.
If you’re unsure about the login details and have transaction IDs from charges on this account, you can use the Account Recovery form to prove ownership of the site. WordPress.com support can then assist you further. You can access the form here: https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery
Simply fill out as much information as you can, including an email address where Support can reach you. The transaction ID will appear on your bank statement as “WordPress” followed by a ten-digit alphanumeric code. They’ll look something like this: WordPress XXXXXXXXXX
For more details about the account recovery process, you can visit this link: https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/
I hope this clarifies things! Let us know if you have any further questions. We’re here to help!
