  Hi,

  I purchased a domain with a .ca address for a year and unfortunately I forgot yo pay the renewal amount. Now my website is gone and I have no access to my domain address to renew the plan. Even that domain address is not in my domain list even though I bought that address for a year and the address is belong to me.
  Please help me to recover my website.

  Correct account: Yes

  A domain only belongs to you as long as you pay for it. When you let a domain expire, you are stating you no longer need it.

  You must wait untill a Staff member is available.

  I paid for that domain for a year. I just forgot to renew the plan. I should have the domain and the plan change to free plan.
  But I lost the whole domain and I can not even renew it.
  Should I wait hear for a staff or I should send a message somewhere else?
