  Are you sure they are hosted over here at WordPress.com? If not, you are at the wrong forum.

  This forum is for sites hosted on WordPress.com, not for the self-hosted version of WordPress. More info on what’s different – https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
  You should be able to get help from the WordPress.org support forums.
