  I think I owe dues for my blog. For the past two years my bank has been charged my dues, but I had to get a different card number (due to hackers) and I’m not sure how to update my payment info and get my website back up and running. Help!!

  You need to be logged in as the EXACT account that owns the Upgrades.

  Dashboard >> Store >> My Upgrades >> update CC info should be one of the options
