  Hi team, could you check what happened with my website, I logged in today to make some adjustment to my site but suddenly everything is gone from WP and if I try to access my site from the web browser it shows this message ” This site can’t be reached ”

  Hello, I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your website. However, your site was not hosted with WordPress.com. It was a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with Siteground.

  Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers. You can find more information here about the differences between WordPress.org software and WordPress.com: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/

  The site was slo not using our backup product https://jetpack.com/upgrade/backup/ so we are unable to directly assist with this.

  In this case, I recommend contacting Siteground about this: https://www.siteground.com/
