I’m asking for my other website hartnettart.com (this one is an old one, but I can’t seem to login to my current site through wordpress, but I can through hartnettart.com/admin. Anyway, my account froze on my and I can’t fix it? Please help. I don’t know how to really do much of anything on this stuff, I just created my website a few years ago, but don’t really know anything about it or how to fix anything. I’m definitely not a ‘coder’ or anything. Error shows: ‘There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.

Hey there, it sounds like there’s some confusion between WordPress (the free code) and WordPress.com (our managed hosting.)
We’ll help you get it sorted, though. First, can you contact your host for help with this?
https://wordpress.org/support/article/common-wordpress-errors/They should be able to help you fix the error, so you can log in at hartnettart.com/wp-admin . From there, if you want to manage the site here at WordPress.com instead of through wp-admin, you could either connect it via Jetpack, or you could move the site to our services so we can take care of maintenance for you.

Thank you, I contacted my InMotion hosting and they fixed the error with a BoldGrid Plug-in. Thanks for your response! Everything is good to go now.
