My website is inaccessible

Hi, I tried submitting a help request like 6 times and kept getting denied for various reasons and I’m fed up. I don’t even want my website anymore but here we are. The form first told me that I should try changing my password. I tried including that I can’t do that because I literally cannot sign into the admin part, so then it says my website doesn’t exist in wordpress. So I think I typed the URL wrong, I didn’t. Back to telling me to reset my password. I can’t. I never actually receive an email to do that. I had a 2fa thing added a few months back and since then, my website has been locked to me. At this point I just want it deleted so I don’t have the headache anymore. I can’t log in as admin, I can’t change my account, I can’t change my password, apparently my site doesn’t exist, what the heck is there for me to do? I was trying to use it for a small business but it feels like wasted money. Please help. It was impossible to even find anywhere to chat with a person. Hate this website.

Your site appears to reside over at Wix. Perhaps you should be asking their support for help if you’ve lost your log in credentials. -
That’s the thing, I left Wix about 6 months ago. I moved the domain name here, and it worked mostly ok until the 2fa thing. I say mostly because I paid someone to build the site and it wasn’t built well, that is my own mistake. The 2fa was another person trying to help me make the site more secure. It’s now so secure I can’t log into it.
Anyways, no it’s not supposed to be at Wix and when I go to it, it brings me to the wordpress one.
