Hello there,
actiongranted.com is hosted by GoDaddy.com
WHOIS: Click Here
IP Address: 184.168.221.59
Name Servers:
ns12.domaincontrol.com
ns11.domaincontrol.comThat site is not hosted here and we cannot help with it.
We provide support only for wordpress.COM hosted sites. Our support docs do not apply to
(1) local installs of wordpress.ORG software on your own server or
(2) wordpress.ORG software installs on paid hosting, and we do not provide support for them at wordpress.COM.Also, note that we do not provide Jetpack support https://jetpack.me/support/ for sites linked to wordpress.COM accounts with the Jetpack plugin so they display on the My Sites wordpress.com account page.
Some Jetpack solutions are here http://jetpack.me/support/
Others are in the Jetpack support forum at WordPress.org
http://wordpress.org/support/plugin/jetpackHowever, if help cannot be found at either one then they can file a Jetpack support ticket here > http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/?jetpack=needs-service
You are posting to the wrong support forum.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
As you are referring to a site that is not hosted here, if you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right-hand corner of the page that opens, https://wordpress.org/support/register.php so you can post to the support forums there.

my website is actiongranted.com
my usual link to login stopped working : http://www.actiongranted.com/wp-login.php
I check online with my host and I’m not connected to my wordpress account via my host any more
I couldn’t login to WP with my usual information
I created a new password and was taking to a completely new dashboard – I don’t recognize a thing
I upgraded my account to paid just so I could chat to figure this out
I don’t understand what’s going on
I’ve searched all my emails and don’t have any notifications from my host or WP about changes -
Please note that as I posted above we do not host that site here at wordpress.COm. We cannot help you. You are posting to the wrong support forum. Resetting your WordPress.ORG password http://codex.wordpress.org/Resetting_Your_Password

Are you trying to set up domain mapping from http://actiongranteddotcom.wordpress.com/ to actiongranted.com?
Domain forwarding is not supported and as wordpress.COM hosted sites do not have permanent IP addresses it will fail.
Domain mapping is not done free of charge. The charge is $13 per year for mapping an existing domain that you already own.
re: mapping an existing domain
Important Notes Before Upgrading
https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/#important-notes-before-upgradingAll wordpress.com blogs are on .wordpress.com subdomains.
WordPress.com does not accept domain transfers but mapping an existing domain is possible. If you have registered a .wordpress.com blog you log in as Admin under the exact same username account that registered the WordPress.COM blog, and as you own a domain URL already, you can see here for mapping an existing domain. http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-existing-domain/
Domain mapping of an existing domain URL that you already own and purchased elsewhere is not done free of charge. You will have to renew the domain name purchase where you made it, and also renew the domain mapping purchase here, each and every year.
NOTE: Mapping an existing domain costs $13. annually and a domain name purchase and domain mapping are included in the Premium upgrade bundle.
In order to map to a domain one must have an underlying .wordpress.com sub-domain blog to map from and it does not matter what that underlying .wordpress.com URL is. It does not have to match the domain URL. If you do not register a .wordpress.com blog URL first then the software supplies the dot whatever URL so you can proceed with your domain mapping purchase.
See https://en.support.wordpress.com/my-upgrades/
Your billing history will be at Dashboard > Store > Billing History
https://en.support.wordpress.com/billing-history/Your only options for payment are found here http://en.support.wordpress.com/payment/
It can take between 24 – 72 hours for domain name propagation to take place throughout the internet. You can view the DNS changes here > http://www.whatsmydns.net/ What’s important during that stage is to be patient.

I have a url with Godaddy http://www.actiongranted.com
I have a WP.com account where I built my website
I went to make some edits to my website by using this http://www.actiongranted.com/wp-login.php – it didn’t recognize me so I went to open my URL – and it could not be found
I’ve had this website for about 4-5 years
I logged into GoDaddy and my domain is paid up but was not longer attached to my WP website
I went to try to log in again to WP and it didn’t recognize me – I changed my PW and got in – the user interface is different and my pages are not there -
i upgraded my account so I could chat – that created http://actiongranteddotcom.wordpress.com/
