My website is no longer accessible and says ‘no published posts etc’ since I transferred my domain to Squarespace, help!

Hi guys, this is a long one I’m afraid and I’m really struggling to fix my issue!
I transferred my domain over to Squarespace from BlueHost at the start of this week and I’m currently building my new site on there.
Since doing so, I haven’t been unable to access my WordPress website and I still have a large amount of content I need to access and copy over. I have spoken to BlueHost twice on their live chat for around 3 hours and ultimately, they couldn’t help me gain access again. I actually think they made it worse last night as, after trying to think of every way round this mess, I bought a new (cheap) domain and thought I could maybe assign that to my WordPress website, through BlueHost, and then access it with the new domain. The BlueHost agent suggested I make the new domain my primary domain, but since they did that, my WordPress website doesn’t even show up as an available site anymore in my BlueHost control panel (help!). All of my files are still in the back end of BlueHost so I’m guessing that’s a good sign (I hope).
I presume WordPress website is still linked to the domain which I’ve transferred to Squarespace and it hasn’t reverted back to a standard username/domain for my admin etc.
When I login to WordPress, I get the message ‘This site cannot be accessed’ and when I click ‘fix’ it takes me to a new page. Here I can click on ‘Confirm that your site loads’, but when I click this, it takes me over to the new website I’ve launched on Squarespace. The other option are ‘Troubleshoot Jetpack’ which I haven’t gone through yet as I didn’t want the muddy the waters anymore. the other option is ‘disconnect Jetpack and I haven’t done that either.
Also, back on the welcome page, it says ‘You haven’t published any pages yet’ but in the menu above, next to ‘Published’ it has ’42’ in a circle (the number I had on my website whilst using WordPress).
I am really praying I haven’t lost all my content as it’s a huge amount of stuff that i desperately need. Surely, by transferring my domain to Squarespace, I haven’t lost my WordPress access and content completely?
Any help would be hugely appreciated as I’m really stuck now. I spoke to w Squarespace agent today and they said I need to speak to Worpress directly.
Thanks in advance!
KatieP.S. My domain which I used to use on WordPress and now is with squarespace is:
http://www.fromthevinetraveltime.com
WP.com: Unknown
Jetpack: Yes
Correct account: YesThe blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Your site is not hosted with WordPress.com but instead a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.
We cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers. But, I can get you pointed in the right direction.
Since you transferred your domain to Squarespace, that site is now using your domain. You can’t use the same domain on two different websites at the same time, so that’s why you can’t access your WordPress website now.
Also, back on the welcome page, it says ‘You haven’t published any pages yet’ but in the menu above, next to ‘Published’ it has ’42’ in a circle (the number I had on my website whilst using WordPress).
That information is there because you linked your Bluehost-hosted website to WordPress.com in order to activate Jetpack’s features – one of which will allow you to manage your website from the WordPress.com dashboard. This access relies on your site being constantly connected to WordPress.com – and since your WordPress install is not currently available, you won’t be able to see your content nor manage it here as we can’t access your site.
You need to reach out to Bluehost for help with this issue. Since they’re hosting your site’s files, they also have access to those files and are the best ones to help you with this issue and how you can get your site properly moved to your new host. You can reach them here: https://www.bluehost.com/contact
I hope that clarifies things.

Thanks for the reply,
I’m trying to get my head around all this and unfortunately, on both occasions I’ve had a difficult time communicating my issue with a BluHost online chat agent.
I’ll keep trying though!
Ultimately, do you think I’ll be able to access my old content eventually? I really hope so.
Thanks

Hi @fromthevinetraveltimefbe6132d06,
Ultimately, do you think I’ll be able to access my old content eventually? I really hope so.
Just to clarify — was your site always hosted with Bluehost, or with WordPress.com at some point?
If it’s the latter, you can login to your dashboard to export your content, importing into a WordPress.org site. If you need help exporting your WordPress.com site, you can also reach out to us in live chat because you still have a Premium plan active.
If the site was indeed Jetpack-connected and hosted with Bluehost, they should be able to assist you in exporting the content from your WordPress.org site, even if your domain is registered elsewhere. You likely would just be using a temporary Bluehost domain in this case.
I hope that points you in the right direction.
