My website http://www.french-spa.com is no longer visible. No sure what changed on WordPress since I renewed the domain name with them. Is there a technical support phone or email where I can reach WordPress?

Eaxctly which username account registered that site and pruchased upgrades for it?
When we need Staff help with issues Volunteers cannot resolve like this one we type modlook into the sidebar tags on our forum threads. I did that for you.

While you seem to have domain mapping here – the name servers are not pointing to WordPress.COM – you might want to ask your registrar if there is a problem – it is common for registrars to change the name servers when a domain is not renewed
Note – you need both domain mapping an domain registration for a custom domain name to work with a blog here
I have also flagged this for staff attention in case you need more help

Their domain seems to have been expired for a while best I can see – so it might be about to be released to the wild – – but the staff have better tools than I do so they should be able to check the history a bit

This domain was renewed with WordPress last month ( 2 months after it expired ). WordPress accepted my payment so I thought everything was back to normal but apparently not. How can I get it back?

I think you probably renewed the domain mapping – was the cost $13.-/yr? If so that was the domain mapping.
You still need to renew the domain registration, that is not with WordPress.COM – see my link above for help
@TT – am Ok – but some back trouble for a few weeks – seeing the Dr. this week and they have some good folks, so I am optimistic – hope you get over the flu shortly

WordPress.COM can only renew upgrades they have sold – since your domain name is not registered here they can not renew it.
It looks like you might have bought the domain name from http://domainjamboreellc.com or through them – does that name ring a bell? They would be a good place to start looking – I would contact them and see what they say. There is some more contact information for them on the whois link I left above.
