I have been charged $13 for domain mapping that was on auto-renewal payment mode. I seemed to have ignored the reminder mails from WordPress. I regret the inconvenience caused, but if you could kindly refund my amount, it will be of great help to me.

As long as your auto-renewal payment is still under 30 days, I believe you can still ask for the refund.

Alternatively, I’ve seen that your thread here has been tagged with “modlook”. That would mean a Staff will contact you in a moment to take you to proceed to the next step.

We have verified it was processed back in October. Refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, but some banks outside of the United States may require more time to process the refund. In some cases, you will not see a separate refund listed on your statement, but the original charge will be removed instead. Can you contact your bank to verify the status on that end?
