  I had my WordPress built and now I have no clue how to make it functional.

  Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider. We’re only able to help with sites hosted on our servers at WordPress.com.

  To sell products on your site you’ll need to install an ecommerce plugin like WooCommerce, along with payment gateway plugins to accept payments via the payment processors you want to use.
