My website is not loading

  There are a few issues that I would like resolved. Firstly I cannot access my website as it appears to be down. I have emailed the host can you suggest any other things I could try. Also, I installed the Twenty Fourteen using a child theme a month and a half ago which showed really well on mobiles (which as it is a responsive theme I expected) a couple of weeks ago when I viewed it on my mobile phone it’s very small and to the very left. The last plugins I installed were Jetpack and W3 total cache. Finally if the parent theme updates how do I transfer those updates to the child theme. Thanks in advance – http://www.yourkibitz.com

  WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate and different http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and receive advice from WordPress.ORG bloggers.
