My website is not loading/opening

    When I try to open my website or edit it, I get the failed to open webpage saying it cannot establish a secure connection to the website. How do I fix this?

    WP.com: Unknown
    Jetpack: Yes
    Correct account: Yes

    Hi there,

    Your site is loading fine on my end, so it could be an issue with your local network or your ISP.

    Otherwise, please contact your hosting provider, Bluehost.com, for more help with this.

    The forum you’re posting to now is for the hosting provider, WordPress.com, and your site isn’t hosted with us, just connected here via the Jetpack plugin.

    Basically what the issue I am having is the website itself loads up, but when you click on any of the links in the website for example the sample page, the error occurs. Do you know how I would be able fix this?

    As @kokkieh mentioned, your site is not hosted with us, so I would recommend reaching out to Bluehost, since they have access to your account and would be better prepared to look into the issue you are having.
